Appointment Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide excellent service to our guests.
We have updated our Cancellation policy, No-Show and Late Appointment policy. Cancellations and No-Shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other guests waiting for appointments.
“No-Show”
If you No-Show for a scheduled appointment, you will receive a text message from us informing you that you missed a scheduled appointment and we will remind you that a No-Show appointment will require a deposit of $25.00. Deposit will be apply towards services on your next appointment. If you missed that appointment your deposit will be non refundable.
Guests who cancel their appointments without proper notice or do not show up for their reserved appointment times are considered a “No-show”.
You Must Provide At Least:
- 24-hours notice for appointments under 2-hours in duration
- 48-hours notice for appointments with a duration of 2-hours or more
Late Guests Policy
We understand “life happens”. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to scheduled appointment, please call us! (312) 498-7542
We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest schedule that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.
Confirmation Calls
As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will call to confirm your service prior to your appointment and you will receive an email or text message if we have your information on file. We confirm in advance as a courtesy because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.
Child Safety Policy
Children are ONLY permitted in the salon or spa area when the child is receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Gift Cards/Certificates
NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.
No Refunds
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salon. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.
Hair Extensions
Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product. Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used. Please inspect your extensions thoroughly for color, quality and texture prior application. Used extensions can not be returned for refund or exchange (no exceptions). Please read the return policy thoroughly before making your purchase.
Weft Extensions Correction Policy
Weft Extension Correction Policy
We want you to love your results. If any adjustments are needed after your weft hair extension service, the following policy applies:
Week 1 (0–7 days): Complimentary
If there is any issue related to the original installation (such as slipping, discomfort, or placement concerns), we will make the necessary correction at no charge.
Weeks 2–3 (8–21 days): $15 Correction Fee
At this stage, natural grow-out, daily wear, and at-home care may begin to affect the extensions. A small fee applies for adjustments or tightening.
Week 4 or Later (22+ days): $25 Correction Fee
By this time, maintenance is typically required due to natural hair growth and normal wear. Corrections are considered standard upkeep and will be charged accordingly.
Correction appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. This policy applies only to adjustments related to the original service.
Exclusive Referral Program
As a valued guest, we are delighted to reward you for sharing your experience with others.
Earn 20 reward points when you refer a new lash client to our salon.
Reward points will be added to your account once your referred guest has completed their initial lash service.
This program is exclusively valid for new lash clients only. Reward points are not combinable with any other promotions or offers.
To ensure proper application, both the referring guest and the referred guest must have profiles that are accurately documented, including the referral date and client details.
